Returns Process:

  1. Notify Us: You may cancel your order before dispatch by emailing us at [email protected] or contacting our customer service team. Please note, a restocking fee may apply in some cases.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return number. Please include this number on the returns form, which must be printed and included with the returned item.
  3. Shipping: Return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Shipping costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Return:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, and be in resellable condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used, modified, or fitted unless it is faulty.
  • A charge of £20 + VAT, along with return shipping costs, will apply for any items that are used, modified, or returned with missing accessories.

Damaged or Defective Products:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find any defects, damages, or shortages, notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to  resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a faulty product, we are here to help. Please contact our support team within 12 months from the purchase date to initiate an exchange under our warranty policy. The faulty item must be reported and returned to us for inspection before we can issue a replacement.

Exchange Guidelines:

The item must be returned at your expense for inspection before a replacement is issued.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will replace it with the same or equivalent product at no additional cost.

If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you, and you will be responsible for the return postage and a £25 inspection fee.


Warranty Repairs & Replacements:

  • Faulty Products: If your product is faulty within the warranty period, contact our customer service team. After confirming the fault, we will issue a return number for the faulty item.
  • Repair or Replacement: Once the faulty product is received and inspected, we will either repair or replace it. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Voided Warranty: Misuse, modification, or tampering with the product will void the warranty and incur additional charges.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone. Please be aware that a restocking fee may apply.

Returns for Surplus Goods:

If you ordered surplus items, returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date. A minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. The goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Processing Returns:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase at our discretion. If no fault is found, a £25 inspection and handling fee will be charged, and the item will be returned to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

Special orders and customized products cannot be returned. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may allow their return with a 20% restocking fee.

Out-of-Warranty Services:

For products outside the warranty period, we can offer repair or replacement services at an agreed-upon cost. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to additional fees.
